Organize your documents - (Non-Streamline refinances)
(You may print this checklist to help)
 
If you are refinancing a home please gather the following items:
 
1. Pay stubs covering most recent 4-week period.
2. W-2 forms for the last 2 years.
3. Last 2 years tax returns if self-employed or have income other than salary (i.e.: commissions, large bonuses, etc.).
4. Last 2 years corporate returns and year to date profit and loss statement (if incorporated).
5. If you own rental property, please provide rental agreements and two years tax returns.
6. Copies of bank statements for the most recent month period, if received quarterly then the most recent quarterly statements, if passbook then a copy of the entire book including cover).
7. Copy of divorce decree, if applicable.
8. Copy of Deed.
9. Copy of Property Survey.
10. Copy of Homeowner’s insurance declaration page.
11. Copy of most recent mortgage statement or coupon.
12. Check for $450.00 application fee made payable to Residential Home Funding Corp.
13. Copy of Green Card if not United States citizen.
14. Copy of complete bankruptcy filing including discharge, if applicable.
15. If you are requesting a cash out refinance please provide a letter explaining what you plan to do with the proceeds.
